Extra Credit Alert! (Extra Credit is EXTRA! It is designed to give a boost or make up for a low score or late assignment. You must have all your assigned work in, even if it is late.)
Any or all of the following options can be turned in for extra credit at any time prior to the end of the fourth quarter ~ No Later Than Wednesday, June 10, 2020. All writing MUST BE TYPED!
Extra credit is graded periodically, not immediately upon turn in.
1. Type any poetry or short stories you are working on independently.
2. Complete an additional article review. Follow the same format we do for our assignments.
3. Create a Creative Reading Project following the general requirements. (See Mrs. P.)
4. Create a Prezi on comma rules, or parts of speech.
5. Memorize and recite the most recent poem from our Poetry Spotlight (See Mrs.P.).
6. Complete a movie or theater review with attached ticket stub as per our directions in class.
7. Attend or participate in a Grandstreet performance. Write a plot summary and include the five elements of fiction. (This must be typed.)
8. Watch three MADMs, summarize each and reflect on how they speak to you personally.
When I was growing up my nick name was "Murphy" because I had a lot of bad luck so they said I was like Murphy's Law:)
